Privacy Policy

Shaka does not know who you are. We built it that way on purpose. This Privacy Policy explains what minimal data we may collect, why, and how we handle it. The short version: almost nothing, kept for as short a time as possible.

• Your name, address, or any personally identifiable information
• Government-issued ID or KYC documents — ever
• Email address or phone number (unless you contact us voluntarily)
• Financial information beyond what is publicly visible on the blockchain
• Location data
• Behavioral tracking or advertising profiles

When you use the Shaka interface at shaka.deal, we may collect:

• Wallet addresses — publicly visible on the blockchain, not linked to any identity on our end. Referral and affiliate commissions route on-chain to the wallet that created the deal or shared the link — there is no sign-up or registration step, so we never hold this data off-chain either.
• Basic technical data — minimal information required for the interface to operate securely. Not sold, not shared, not used for advertising.
• Contact messages — only if you voluntarily reach out. Used solely to respond to your inquiry, and deleted as soon as it is resolved, or immediately on request.

We do not retain personal data. If you contact us, the information you provide is kept only as long as necessary to respond, then deleted — and deleted immediately if you ask us to. We have no interest in holding your data, and we don't.

All deal transactions are recorded permanently on public blockchains. This data is publicly accessible and cannot be deleted — it is inherent to the nature of blockchain technology. Shaka LLC has no ability to delete or modify this data. Nobody does.

Shaka uses only essential cookies required for the interface to function. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Given the minimal data we collect, this primarily applies to contact form submissions — which are deleted on request and, in any case, as soon as they are no longer needed.
