Everything.
For everyone.

Paid the day it closes

The client pays once and every party receives their share in the same second. Nothing to chase.

Every share signed first

Switch on approval and each party signs their exact share before the client can pay. No disputes after.

Amounts locked at creation

No manual transfer, no typo, no "I'll fix it next week". Every amount is set when the deal is created.

A record for everyone

Every party can download the payment record: who got what, and when, with a reference anyone can verify.

Who pays the fee, and how much?

2% of the deal, applied only when it settles. No subscription, no setup cost — and a cancelled deal costs nothing.

Where does the 1% come from?

Shaka pays it, as a referral reward for bringing the deal to the platform. Funded by Shaka, added on top of your commission.

What if the deal is cancelled?

Nothing is charged. The fee only applies when the client pays — a cancelled deal costs nobody anything.

How a deal works
What is the network fee?

A small fee paid to the Ethereum network, not to Shaka, to process the payment. Your wallet shows it before you confirm.

How much ETH do I need?

The total shown on the payment link — every share plus the 2% fee — and a little extra for the network fee. The link shows the exact amount before you pay.

Does Shaka hold the money?

Never. The payment goes from your client to every party in a single transaction. Shaka routes it; it never sits in an account.
